most of my work comes via email from the talking heads at corporate. so what happens when the heads stop talking? we browse the interweb. well, i think i may have about reached the end of it and i'm still finding myself with little to nothing to do. no one seems to want to be engaged in any sort of conversation, i have two hours still until my shift is done and i honestly can't think of a damn thing to do with myself. too bad they won't let me drink at work, i'm sure that'd help the time pass. and since i only have one friend on this damn site i won't be holding my breath for any responses. time to go bang my head against my desk some more....

i suppose i should start with where i am currently. i'm still living in wallingford with my awesome roommates keri and kenna and my slightly crazy but incredibly cuddly cat meicio. the mac store is treating me well, over a week and a half into my promotion from service writer (customer service type work) to inventory manager (hardly any customer dealings). responsibility up, stress down. i HATE dealing with people. i've decided to take a big ol break from going out to d&b shows, so until the kaos theory LTJ Bukem show on the 21st of sept. at Chop Suey, you won't catch my ass at a drum and bass party. sometimes you just need a break. i'll of course be down for the trip to brouwers and bottleworks, and i have been haunting new places as of late including tost which a friend of mine owns (and is very partial to cute females) among others. the summertime is starting to kill me, the weather is way too warm for my liking. i miss the rain, the biting cold and all my winter gear. soon enough i know. i think that's about it. i'll try to keep this updated regularly, but i'm no good at keeping blogs current. we'll see though. =)
